In order to fulfill our mission as a company, we consider the regulation of Sal Capital’s professional activity by means of a code, an indispensable obligation, as well as a right. Making this code of professional conduct public knowledge is a commitment and a guarantee of the quality of our business relations, in compliance with our corporate culture.

Board of conduct

The rules contained in the current code define the basic obligations of Sal Capital employees and the company itself in terms of follow-up, training, responsibility, ethical behavior and professional fees. This code of conduct guides the professional relations that the staff of Sal Capitais carries out in the course of its activity with the organizations that we serve. Said code was approved by the Board of Directors of Sal Capitais and was communicated to all employees of the company.

Formation

Sal Capitals employees have the appropriate academic background, skills and experience in order to carry out their tasks successfully. Your recruitment to the company must be carried out in accordance with criteria of objectivity in terms of selection. In addition, their integration and training allows full integration into existing work teams.

Sal Capital Employees must constantly keep their technical skills and knowledge up-to-date so they need to devote a significant part of their time to tasks such as information and training both internally and externally.

Responsibility

As the ultimate responsibility is with the company, the Sal Capital professionals are personally responsible for all of their actions.

The whole professional act requires objectivity, adequate skills on the part of the professionals involved and absolute independence. It is not permissible to take actions without each of these circumstances being taken into account.

Ethical behavior

Sal Capitais’s employees are guided by respect and consideration of their professional colleagues as well as other professional classes.

Sal Capitais’s employees must keep as confidential all customer information they have access to in the course of their professional activity except for which the client gives their formal consent. The technical equipment of Sal Capitais will be used by staff for exclusively professional purposes.

Professional fees

Professional fees are based on the degree of responsibility, experience and dedication of employees to the company. These will be communicated in advance, in an explicit and detailed manner according to the tasks arising from the professional activity in question.

In addition to the above rules, Sal Capitais professionals are subject to the legal, general and professional obligations of their respective professional associations.

UN Global Compact

At Sal Capitais we agree to adopt the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in promoting human rights, labor standards, non-discrimination, and eradication of child labor, environmental protection and anti-corruption.
